Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.
We generally deliver within 4–5 working days, based on product availability, and delivery timelines depend on courier/postal norms.

As chocolates are perishable food items, returns are not accepted.
A refund may be arranged only in case of an incorrect order delivered (e.g., wrong item).
Customers must notify us within 12 hours of delivery with relevant proof.
Refunds are not provided for taste preferences, delays by courier partners, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
